Best Use of Astroturf - Finally, someone, as in Sanuk, determined the best use of Astroturf. I live in Florida and generally live in flip-flops. However, in cooler weather, these Fur-Reals actually keep your feet comfortably warm enough to avoid the socks and shoes routine. In sandy and wet conditions, I usually wear other, more typical plastic flip-flops. Some reviewers have said they will smell after some wear--don't any do that? Solve that issue by just tossing them in a hot washing machine cycle with your jeans and shorts--pretty simple. I have wanted to get an all black pair for over a year, but, the inventory hasn't been available. Too, my first pair was all green and great. Ordered another and the manufacture had changed as the logo on the strap was not covered with the usual jersey fabric next to your skin--had to send them back and opted for the black/white straps on green as the logo is only a tag on top. And, for any king of flip-flop--the support is amazing!
