Alas, despite their beauty and Italian leather I will return them. I wear size 7 and in size 7 I had 2 cm of space left in a toe, so got size 6.5. Still lot of space, but the ankle is too tight, hard to zip! My shins/ankles are not even wide! I guess if one got really skinny shins/calves one could be more lucky. Majority of women do not have those. Good arch support though. Rip off for such unwise construction. I am heartbroken, as look is absolutely overwhelming, not one of those horsey or rough boots out there. Maybe other model will be better? I sure will be praying that is so.
