Another great pair of Lucchese's - The second pair of Lucchese boots that I have bought in as many months. Comfortable and beautiful. They do run at least 1/2 size larger than my regular shoe size (I figured this out on the first pair!). My narrow, flat feet have been so happy walking all over town. Another great Sesto Meucci shoe - I just ordered brown after receiving this style in black today. Unlike other wedge shoes, this one is super lightweight - great for packing if you are traveling. The only other shoes I've felt that are this lightweight are by Taryn Rose at 3x the price. The upper is also lightweight and stretchy making the fit really easy with no break in time. For me, they will work with casual clothes and also work outfits. I have long narrow feet and this company has my width and fits every time.

Another great Keen shoe! Since I bought a pair of Keen Mary Janes earlier this year I have been in love with Keen shoes. I was looking to replace a pair of Eastlands that got eaten by a dog. I was looking for something I could wear with jeans or slacks that did not have any insulation in them. Waterproof was preferred. These fit the bill quite well. As usual with Keens I find them to be a bit big so I usually order a half size down. The same squishy foam type foot bed you are used to seeing in keens. The small flower design is nice without really sticking out. A very nice color as well. I am very happy with this purchase and would gladly buy another pair!

And, above all else, they must be comfortable with his myriad of foot problems, as he stands all day. I thought it was a given that I would be returning these. That's why I bought them at Logohoo.com, instead of a pricier catalog that had advertised them. I shop early for Christmas, and have had problems in the past, trying to return unused items after 30 days. Plus, Logohoo had his wide width, which several other places did not. Upon opening them, he wasn't too crazy about the whole "springs inside" technology. But he gamefully wore them for an entire day. Imagine my surprise when he raved about how comfortable they are.
